Graduated from The Duke University School of Law – 1990. First registered as Sports Agent in 1989. (Youngest registered agent at that time – 22 yrs old). Has negotiated over 2 billion dollars in NFL Contracts. Only Agent ever to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Appeared in national ESPN commercial. Published Autobiography with brother Jason titled ‘A Shark Never Sleeps”. Cameo appearance in and consultant to “Jerry MaGuire” and “Any Given Sunday” motion pictures. Regular contributor to the HBO Series “Arliss”. Ranked #1 Agent by the Sports Business Journal in 2006. Frequent national commentator on current sports issues.  Has appeared on ABC Primetime Live, ABC Nightline, ESPN’s Pardon the Interruption, ESPN’s Outside the Lines, Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and many others.  Recently featured on HBO’s Real Sports and Inside the NFL Appeared in a national Burger king commercial with client “The King”.

    Born 5-10-1969 in South Orange, New Jersey. Moved to Miami in 1970 and currently resides in Miami Beach. Second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Graduated from the University of Miami in 1991 with a B.A. in Accounting. Became a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor in 1993. Became a Florida Certified Public Accountant in 1994. Graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 1995. Became a licensed attorney with the Florida Bar in 1996. Co-authored brother Drew’s autobiography titled “A Shark never Sleeps.” Co-authored a weekly column in the NY Post with Jeremy Shockey. Co-authored Terrell Owens’ autobiography titled “TO.” Has assisted Drew by providing research, market analysis, strategic analysis and direct negotiations to produce over $1 billion dollars worth of NFL Player Contracts.

    Born September 3, 1968 in Barbados Former NFL cornerback who played eleven seasons (1991- 2001) for six teams, the Los Angeles Rams, the Dallas Cowboys, the Washington Redskins, the Detroit Lions, and the Baltimore Ravens. Played college football in the University of Miami and was drafted in the fourth round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Rams. Made the third longest punt return in NFL history when he ran 103 yards for a touchdown in a game against the New Orleans Saints. Holds two national championship rings from the University of Miami football team, one Super Bowl ring from the Dallas Cowboys (1996), and one Super Bowl ring from the Baltimore Ravens (2001). A broken neck against the Green Bay Packers ended Bailey’s career in 2001. Recently hosted the 8th Annual Robert Bailey Celebrity Golf Tournament. The tournament supports CHI Clinics of South Florida that provide healthcare to families with insufficient insurance coverage. Donates much of his spare time working with rival and ex-gang members and as an inner-city youth basketball coach with the Stay In School program. Celebrity spokesman for the You Can Achieve Your Dreams if You Work Hard Enough campaign. In 2002, Robert joined Rosenhaus Sports to head the Marketing Division and is now considered the leader in the industry.

Having already established himself in the world of the NBA for over a decade, Brad brings his vast knowledge of corporate sports league operations. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities including player endorsements, appearances and sponsorships. Brad’s ability to continuously generate partnerships for athletes in every market allows us to extend prospective opportunities for not only our seasoned veterans but our rookies and retired clients as well.
